Fernando Colomo directs 'Be careful what you wish for', a Christmas comedy whose filming has already begun
Morena Films (Champions, Everyone knows it) produce Be careful what you wish for, Christmas comedy directed by Fernando Colomo (The tribe, Polyamory for beginners) which has already started filming.
The film, starring Dani Rovira (8 Basque surnames, Jungle Cruise), Cecilia Suárez (The House of Flowers, The Passenger) and José Sacristán (Velvet Collection, The drawback), is based on a story by David Marqués and has Mireia Llinas to the script. Produced by Alvaro Longoria to Morena Films, will pass through cinemas with A Contracorriente Films before reaching the platform Amazon Prime Video, who participates in the production. International sales of Be careful what you wish for, On the other hand, they will be managed by Heartbeat Films.
Fernando Colomo, the production director, points out that Be careful what you wish for "It is a film that awakens the child that we all have inside. That is what attracts me most to this project, which allows me to get closer to a story that I had never considered before. Here the protagonists are children who are at that age in which they still believe that magic can transform the world. An age in which fiction coexists with reality, truth with fantasy and in which magical elements are integrated into everyday actions."
Cast and synopsis

Jose Sacristan, giving life to the grandfather, as well as Fernando Esteso, Willy Montesinos, Vicente Romero y Sonsoles Benedicto, complete the cast of this “comedy of good feelings.”
Its synopsis is as follows: "Miguel (Dani Rovira) and Laura (Cecilia Suarez) decide to spend Christmas, with their young children, in a cabin in the mountains. Grandpa Benigno (José Sacristán), endowed with magical powers, finally cannot accompany them, but the children steal his magic ball that grants wishes to those who possess it. With their wishes and the help of the ball, the children unintentionally give life to snowmen, sowing the chaos on what was going to be a peaceful family vacation.”
