América Televisión reinforces its graphics with XPression from Ross Video

The Peruvian chain America Television trust again in the solutions of Ross Video. On this occasion, it has adopted the XPression graphics and titling system.

America Television It is the first commercial station with regular broadcasts in Peru. Based in Lima and founded in 1958, its programming has a selection of news programs, contests, talk shows, reality shows and entertainment content that has allowed it to become an audience leader year after year.

Television, under the leadership of Javier Vasquez Mendoza, head of support and opposition engineering, began implementing IT products Ross seven years ago. Initially, Vásquez relied on the Canadian manufacturer's production switches, and then opted for the solution XPression graphics and titration (complemented by control panels DashBoard). Its latest implementation has been the platform Inception Cloud, which has allowed the integration of the medium's social networks with XPression graphics.

Vásquez's satisfaction with XPression is very high. The head of engineering considers that the high competition in entertainment in the country requires solutions that allow for “visually impressive” content. According to him, XPression is allowing them to achieve their objectives by being a “very powerful and easy-to-use” tool. “In addition, we use a MOS workflow in our newsroom and XPression integrates very well with the other products we have,” he emphasizes.
