The Canadian Valsoft acquires VSN to deepen the broadcast and media market

The Spanish company VSN has been acquired by the Canadian Valsoft, which enters with this movement in the broadcast and media vertical.

Based in Terrassa, Barcelona, VSN offers solutions for media management, production, planning, multi-platform content delivery and broadcasting and publishing through linear and non-linear channels. The acquisition of VSN places Aspire Software (a Valsoft operating group) in a new vertical and reinforces its presence in Spain.

The founder and CEO of VSN, Jordi Utiel, will remain with the company to ensure a “calm” transition. Likewise, the global management team will continue to lead the business and drive its products and the company into the future.
