8K images of the La Palma volcano will arrive at the 4K-HDR Summit

The documentary director Bertrand Loyer, president of the French production company Saint Thomas Productions, will present for the first time at the 4K-HDR Summit, which will take place from November 15 to 19 in Malaga, shocking images shot in 8K on the La Palma volcano.

The volcanoes of Hawaii, Iceland, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Colombia, Chile and Italy, among others, have been the settings for some of his Saint Thomas productions, to which is now added the one on the Canary Island of La Palma filmed for the first time in 8K.

Bertrand Loyer will participate for the first time in the 4K-HDR Summit, which is celebrating its seventh edition in hybrid format from the National Digital Content Pole in Malaga, showing its latest productions in Ultra High Definition (UHD), and making a selection of the best sequences of its productions about volcanoes, which have been awarded at festivals in Bristol, Montana, Cape Town, Namur, Marseille, Alberta, San Francisco...
