ATG Danmon - IBC 2022

IBC 2022 will once again have the presence of ATG Danmon, a company that will present its complete range of systems integration services.

Consulting, project planning, workflow design, system installation, testing and commissioning, documentation, training and technical support: ATG Danmon will put on the table IBC 2022 some of their latest projects to exemplify good work, knowledge and experience in the world of audiovisuals.

It will do so at an exciting time for the sector, as its director of systems integration highlights, Jonathan Hughes: "We are seeing a strong resurgence of investment in all categories, from broadcast to education, corporate, live events and multimedia sectors. One important trend is the growing interest in the NDI protocol, which makes live production over IP more profitable and versatile than ever. Another trend is the refinement, compactness and affordability of virtual studio technology, made possible by next-generation graphic rendering systems. The transition from HD to UHD continues alongside growing recognition that HDR is going from being an aspiration to a routine.”

Some of the projects that ATG Danmon has promoted in recent years will be a relevant part of the conversations that will take place in the Amsterdam RAI. Among them are the updating of the control room of a studio for one of the stations of the United Kingdom, a project that project manager Howard Dixon says has been a significant challenge: “A key, and by no means unusual, challenge was the need to ensure that the upgrade could be completed without affecting the facility's daily schedule. We were able to complete a complete changeover over the course of a weekend before the new system went live on Monday morning.”

Other projects that ATG Danmon will announce at IBC 2022 are the new study for one of the world's busiest financial management services in London; a multi-camera studio and UHD control room for; a IP multi-camera studio completed for the German branch of an international investment services provider; he design and integration of two new studies, with its associated galleries and control room, for one of the largest and oldest news agencies in the world; or the large-scale improvement of news production and editing resources at the headquarters of Alaraby Television in it Park Royal of London.
