"At the recruitment stage, there are cases where it is difficult for creators who are registered with us to get a job, unless they gain some experience. So we thought it would be beneficial to create a space where they could gain practical experience, where anyone has the opportunity to organize an event with ease. We want this studio to be a hub that brings together people from various backgrounds, and in turn, where esports production is approached from a new perspective," he says. Yasunori Kinoshita, producer of the company's electronic sports area.
TechnoBlood eSports supported the technical planning and construction aspects of e-Create Space, including the selection of equipment and its installation in the studio. The company was established in 2021, although it was originally an offshoot of TechnoBlood Corporation's esports arm, and has been involved in this industry since 2004, long before the term "e-sports" became popular.
Atsushi Yoshinaga, deputy director of the project management division at TechnoBlood eSports comments that "the concept of the studio is to provide a large-scale esports experience that can be implemented in professional tournaments. In addition, it is important that it is easy to use for any client, whether for webcasting of competitions or corporate seminars. At the same time, it has to be able to cope with more complex processes. In our search for something of this style, we opted for products from Blackmagic Design."

Yoshinaga chose the mixers ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD y ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K, the recorders HyperDeck Studio HD Mini y HyperDeck Shuttle HD, various capture and playback cards DeckLink and devices Micro Converter. Model ATEM Television Studio Pro 4K was used to alternate the outputs of the cameras, the equipment HyperDeck Shuttle HD and additional signs of computer equipment that clients may bring. The main output is then sent to two computers for streaming over the Internet and to the mixer ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD.
"The ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD model is used to transmit the signal to the studio's LED screen. The computer equipment used to transmit content over the Internet is equipped with DeckLink Quad 2 cards, two in the main one and one in an additional computer, since this type of dynamics requires more than 10 sources. The other production computer equipment has the DeckLink Mini Recorder 4K version," says Yoshinaga.
On the other hand, he adds that "we use the HyperDeck Shuttle HD recorder to reproduce the images and to fulfill the teleprompter function. During electronic sports tournaments, we show different replays, so this device is extremely useful. The compact size of the HyperDeck Shuttle HD and HyperDeck Studio HD Mini models allows us to move them as necessary."
"ATEM mixers can also be controlled both from the program and from the physical panel. It is convenient that we can operate these equipment from the software. This way, we do not need to go to where the mixer is to use it, even if only one person is available to operate it," concludes Yoshinaga.
