Mediapro launches Gol Mundial, an OTT with the entire World Cup in Qatar

World Goal, the new OTT of Mediapro, will broadcast the 64 World Cup matches through a 24-hour channel dedicated to the World Cup event.

The new OTT Goal Mundial will offer full Qatar World Cup of the November 20 to December 18 through a distribution model that allows hire all the World Cup matches, including Spain matches. The service is available directly at a only payment without the need to purchase additional services with any operator.

The platform will include in the subscription a 24 hour channel dedicated entirely to the World Cup that will exclusively broadcast the matches of the best teams such as Argentina, Brazil, Germany, France or Portugal, in addition to partidos históricos y contenido VoD. Con este lanzamiento, Mediapro quiere “proyectar el compromiso” por hacer “más accesible el deporte en directo a las nuevas audiencias y plataformas digitales y poner el fútbol al alcance de todos los aficionados”.

Gol Mundial estará disponible en dispositivos Smart TV, PC, iOs y Android a través de una app con el mimo nombre. El Mundial de Catar también se podrá ver en el canal World Goal of Movistar Plus+. Además, los partidos de la selección española se verán en abierto en RTVE.
