EVS confirms its participation in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022
La producción de la Copa Mundial de la FIFA, que se celebrará del 21 de noviembre al 18 de diciembre de 2022 en Catar, volverá a contar con la tecnología de repeticiones de EVS.
EVS ha firmado un importante contrato con HBS en relación con la Copa Mundial de la FIFA Catar 2022. Concretamente, la firma entregará una solución llave en mano que consistirá en todo el equipo de emisión (así como los servicios necesarios) para proporcionar repeticiones en directo para todas las sedes, IBC incluido.
El equipo de emisión que suministrará EVS incluye la solución de producción y repetición en directo LiveCeption, así como su solución de gestión de activos de producción en directo MediaCeption.
Nuevos fichajes en EVS
Recently, Matt Salvidge (director de soluciones media infrastructure) y Trevor Spielman (vicepresidente de ventas de media infrastructure) se han incorporado al equipo de EVS. Con estos nombramientos, EVS seeks to commit to continue increasing its experience in the area of media infrastructure (media Infrastructure) to “help its customers meet all their control, monitoring and routing challenges in any production environment.”
Matt Salvidge He has held various engineering and project management roles throughout his career for key industry players. Salvidge worked in Grass Valley, where he was actively involved in the production of proof-of-concept systems and solutions related to video and audio distribution for live production over uncompressed IP networks; as well as in Telenor Satellite Broadcasting e ITV Meridian, where he developed his experience in television broadcasting, live broadcasting and studio productions. As Chief Solutions Officer, Salvidge will be responsible for monitor the life cycle of products, focusing specifically on the definition, scope, pricing and marketing of EVS control, monitoring and orchestration solutions. You will liaise with other Solution Managers to define solutions designed to modernize customer workflows.
On the other hand, Trevor Spielman He has over 20 years of experience in the media and broadcast industry, during which he has worked in a variety of business development and sales roles focused on complex software solutions, professional audio/video solutions, video servers and post-production equipment. Previously, Spielmann was business development director for newsroom solutions at CGI, una empresa de servicios de consultoría informática y empresarial (antes conocida como Annova Systems y SCISYS). El nuevo fichaje de EVS ayudará a la compañía a impulsar el área de media Infrastructure a nivel International.
