70 premieres from the fall TV season, created with Blackmagic solutions
The URSA Mini Pro 12K and Pocket Cinema Camera, or the DaVinci Resolve Studio software, among other products from Blackmagic, have served to shape more than 70 television and internet series and programs released in autumn 2022.
Among them are major premieres such as Baking It, Blue Bloods, CSI:Vegas, Heels, Grey’s Anatomy, Law and Order, Motherland, NCIS, Saturday Night Live, Station 19, The Good Fight, The Peripheral, The Simpsons, Wipeout, Young Sheldon o The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
The producer of this latest fiction, Ron Ames, transfers its experience with solutions Blackmagic: "In The rings of power, we use Blackmagic Design products throughout our cloud work. From material capture to display, Blackmagic Design teams played an essential role in facilitating the transfer of image information. We use a wide variety of tools, from recording to editing, visual effects and final grading.”

- Big Sky: Cinematographer Ken Glassing used the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K for the accompanying shots.
- CSI: Vegas: Cinematographer Christian Sebaldt used the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, and URSA Mini Pro 12K for several specialized shots.
- Life By Ella: Cinematographer Steve Gainer used the URSA Mini Pro 12K model.
- The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power: Producer Ron Ames used Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro units as witness cameras, for background images used in visual effects and to work with the actors' eyelines, as well as various converters for real-time color review.
- Station 19: Cinematographer Christian Sebaldt (episodes 515 and 517) used the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, and URSA Mini Pro 12K for several specialized shots.
- The Game: Cinematographer Darren Genet (ASC) used the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K model for specific shots.
- Heels: On-set supervisor Josh Stevens (Crafty Apes) used the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K to capture background elements for the actors.
- Young Rock: Cinematographer Judd Overton used URSA Mini Pro 12K and Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro units for several shots.

- NCIS Season 20, The Neighborhood, What We Do in the Shadows y Wolf Pack: Visual effects supervisors John Gross and Fred Pienkos (Muse VFX) used Fusion Studio for digital image compositing.
- Blue Bloods: Visual effects supervisor Mike Warren (Filmworks/FX NY) used Blackmagic Production Camera 4K units for special effects shots and DaVinci Resolve Studio in his workflow, as well as Intensity Shuttle devices for playback of the clips.
- Home Economics: Shaley Brooks (Iris Digital Post) used Fusion Studio for certain VFX shots.
- The End Is Me: Visual effects supervisors Arthur Mesa and Jeremy Nelson used Fusion Studio in pre- and post-production, as well as to finalize the show.
- The Peripheral: The Crafty Apes editing team used DaVinci Resolve Studio in editing the visual effects.
