Synamedia - product manager - Jean-Marc RacineHaivision reinforces its management team with the signing of Jean-Marc Racine, who will occupy the position of chief product officer as of January 2, 2023. Likewise, the firm has reorganized its product development teams to align its short and medium-term strategy.

Racine He has extensive experience in areas of responsibility related to products and marketing. He began his career as hardware engineer on the team that delivered the first encoder MPEG2 in real time in the world, and then moved on to occupy different positions in which he has demonstrated “his passion for promoting pragmatic innovation in tune with market demand.”

Racine arrives at Haivision after passing through Synamedia, where he held the role of product director for the brand: "Since its creation, Haivision has delighted the most demanding customers with its unique ability to create market-leading products with quality, low latency and mission criticality at their core. I am delighted to join a fantastic leadership team as Haivision opens a new chapter, and to work closely with our customers to create solutions that benefit their own transformation," commented the own Jean-Marc Racine after joining Haivision.

At the same time, Haivision has reorganized its product development teams to take advantage of synergies related to its most recent acquisitions. This rethinking will allow Haivision to accelerate its development of solutions focused on mission-critical video networks within the broadcast, enterprise and defense markets, and positions the company for further growth.

The company has also made the following appointments within current management to support the consolidation of its product development and realization efforts: Ronan Poullaouec (CTO and founder of Aviwest) becomes senior vice president of engineering; Paul Singh, senior vice president DevSecOps, quality engineering, and Mariano Converti, VP of Engineering, Cloud. Likewise, Haivision has confirmed that Mahmoud Al-Daccak, director of technology and executive vice president of product development, has decided to leave Haivision after 12 years of belonging to the company.
