Alamiya integrates its first 12G mobile unit with Ross Video solutions

Ultrix Acuity and Ultrix Carbonite production platform Ross Video are presented as hubs of the Saudi production company's first 12G-SDI mobile unit Alamiya.

The platform Ultrix 12G of Ross Video is responsible for routing, multiviewer and processing signals of the new mobile unit Alamiya. Being a software-defined platform, the production services company “will obtain significant cost, space and energy savings” given its “flexibility.” On the other hand, Ultrix Carbonite is presented as the ultimate mixer from canadian company.
