Movistar Plus+ opens new business opportunities with purchases from the television

A new Living App Movistar Plus+ offers live or delayed events where a specialist shares decorating tips and contributes design ideas. Additionally, customers can chat or purchase their items conveniently and interactively for the first time on television.

Ikea Live is an online shopping service in which specialists from the Swedish brand share decoration tips and provide design ideas for all homes.

Available to the nearly 2 million miMovistar and Fusión customers in the Apps section of Movistar Plus+ with a UHD decoder, this new Living App also allows you to interact through live chat using the Movistar Plus+ remote control, and buy from television the products shown at these events in an interactive way for the first time on this channel.

The Living App also has a section with content focused on interior design with materials linked to the brand. In addition, Movistar Plus+ users can listen to podcasts about home and well-being or access a section with tips for customizing furniture or new decoration trends.

Telefónica will show the functionalities of this new service at stand 3K31 (Hall 3) that the company will have at the next Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
