'The hunt. RTVE's Monteperdido will have a French remake that will be seen on TF1
Banijay France, Terence Films, Gétévé Productions and TF1 They are responsible for the remake of 'The Hunt. Monteperdido’, format RTVE in collaboration with DLO Productions.
The mystery and suspense series The 1 take the leap International and travels to France with the title Rivière-Perdue. Set in the Pyrenees, the French version of The hunt. Monteperdido of RTVE is written by Eugénie Dard, Sylvain Caron and Elsa Vasseur, directed by Jean-Christophe Delpias and starring Jean-Michel Tinivelli and Barbara Cabrita.
The filming of the remake, six 52-minute episodes, has already started in the Pyrenees. In Rivière-Perdue, a car accident causes the mysterious reappearance of Anna, a teenager who disappeared five years ago. Commissioner Balthus, played by Jean-Michel Tinivelli, and Captain Alix Stern (Barbara Cabrita) investigate with the local police and embark on a race against time to find Lucie, who disappeared at the same time as Anna, but is nowhere to be found.
El thriller The Hunt. Monteperdido, starring Megan Montaner, Alain Hernández and Francis Lorenzo, premiered in 2019 on RTVE after the success of the best-selling novel by Agustín Martínez, Monteperdido. The series was seen in its premiere on La 1 by more than two million viewers, with a 14% share, was awarded at the FesTVal in Vitoria, and continued its success with a second (The Hunt. Tramuntana) and third season (The hunt. Guadiana).
