Brompton - Adam Callaway - global director of virtual production and broadcast

Brompton Technology has promoted Adam Callaway, a long-time member of the company specializing in the manufacture of LED processors, to the position of global director of virtual production and broadcast.

From his new position, Callaway, until now director of technical solutions, will lead Brompton's initiatives in the markets of the virtual production and broadcast, helping identify opportunities for the rest of the team and offering even better support in these areas. In his own words: “This new role reflects the support we are willing to offer to our broadcast and virtual production clients and partners around the world. Callaway, a firm defender of the commitment to continue evolving technologies and processes, foresees that in the coming years an evolution of the application of RGBW technology for object-based lighting. Likewise, a significant change stands out in the lifespan of LED screens, stressing that while in the past they could last three or four years, contemporary displays can last close to a decade: “As we anticipate the arrival of new LED panels and other emerging technologies, there is still untapped potential in this market, “which promises an exciting future,” he says.
