Elena Vilanova, new Director of Content and Programming at À Punt

The new director of content and programming Elena Vilanova replaces César Martí at the head of the content department of Valencian public television À Punt.

Vilanova takes over the management after having passed the selection process convened by the Societat Anònima de Mitjans de Comunicació (SAMC).

With a career of more than twenty years in the audiovisual sector, Elena Vilanova has held the Deputy Directorate of Programming at the Valencian public channel since 2017, where she has been in charge of the planning of the broadcast, external purchases and dubbing into Valencian of the content, self-promotions and accessibility of the channel.

Before joining the À Punt team, he has worked in several private companies and has been in charge of the production of documentaries, short films, advertising spots and successful programs and series such as Socarrats, Autoindefinits, Maniàtics, Unió Musical Da Capoy…
