Studio Technologies debuts the 352A and 354A voice stations

Compatible with Dante and with broadcast applications thanks to its IFB functions, the latest development of Studio Technologies is presented as a “complete solution” for voice and background audio routing along with playback of pre-recorded audio files. The model 352A provides two independent “talk” channels, while the model unit 354A offers four, each of which can be individually configured to suit the needs of specific applications.
As part of the capacity Dante of the unit, both models support AES67, as well as the Dante Domain Manager software application. A monitoring section allows route as desired, one of the Model 352A's two Dante receiver (input) channels and one of the Model 354A's four Dante receiver (input) channels to a connected amplifier or powered speaker. Voice is delivered through a gooseneck microphone, available separately, which attaches to the connector and threaded gland combination located on the front of the units. Of the audio sources or “messages,” up to 40 seconds long each, are stored in non-volatile memory within the units. These two audio sources, saved in the common 16-bit monaural WAV format, can be easily updated using a standard USB flash drive. Audio files can contain any desired “prepage” (preamble) audio signal.
