50 years ago, in 1975, Adam Hall founded a small company in the English town of Southend-on-Sea, which manufactured accessories for flightcases under the name Adam Hall Hardware. Five years later, David Kirby put the first stone of the company that today is known worldwide as Adam Hall Group. What started as a small business grew over the decades until it became a large group of companies which operate internationally with their own brands, such as Palmer, Defender, LD Systems, Cameo, Gravity and Adam Hall Cables.

A celebration in style

Together with the families of its employees, Adam Hall Group took a tour of its busy 50 years of history at its German headquarters. Precisely, one of its highlights was parked at the door: the restored bus of Wings Over Europe, the 1972 tour of Wings, Paul McCartney's musical group. David Kirby, co-founder of the company and a lifelong Paul McCartney fan, found the bus at an auction. This legendary vehicle It is already part of the company's Rock'n'Roll Library collection, and also serves as a creative space for employees. It is also a symbol of the anniversary motto: “Honoring the past, driving the future.”

The music was the second protagonist of the event, with an appearance by the company band, improvisations and the surprise performance from the Berlin pop fusion group Il Civetto. In addition, a raffle was held in which €3,200.00 was raised for the Live Music Now Frankfurt am Main association, an initiative that offers free concerts to social organizations and encourages young musical talents.
