Aret y Lawo exhibirán en IBC una unidad móvil

An IBC 2025, Aret Video & Audio Engineering y Theirs presentarán una unidad móvil de demostración que combina la tecnología Box over Box de ARET coachworx con las últimas soluciones con tecnología IP de Lawo.

En el stand 8.B90, Lawo presentará su gama completa de soluciones de radiodifusión nativas IP, incluida la platform HOME for broadcast infrastructure management, the audio production console series mc², audio interfaces A__line y Power Core, and the flexible system of VSM control and orchestration, technology that equips both broadcast studios and OB units around the world.

La nueva unidad móvil, considerada como una de las más modernas del mundo, actualmente en construcción en las instalaciones de ARET en Milán, se presentará al público por primera vez en Ámsterdam. Con capacidad para up to 34 UHD cameras, 12G-SDI/IP hybrid workflows and full UHD HDR production capability, this 14-meter mobile unit is designed to operate in the most demanding production and environmental conditions. It also offers a Box-over-box expansion on the left side and a wide traditional expansion Box-in-box on the right side, creating three fully separate, acoustically optimized workspaces for video shading, production and audio.

Lawo's native IP audio and control systems form the technical backbone of this high-end production vehicle. The audio control room is centered on a consolethe audio production mc²56 with 64 faders, a premium mixing surface designed for agile operation in complex environments. With full native support for SMPTE ST 2110, AES67/RAVENNA, MADI and Dante, the mc²56 offers maximum format flexibility. The console is powered by redundant A__UHD Core motors, each offering 1024 fully processed DSP channels, ultra-low latency, and full support for Immersive audio like Dolby Atmos, which prepares the system for future production demands.

The mc² system is complemented by a Lawo Power Core, which acts as a high-density gateway between IP audio and baseband audio, while providing additional DSP resources and I/O expandability. The modular nature of the Power Core ensures easy adaptation to any future changes in workflow or signal format.

For control and coordination, the new mobile unit with the Virtual Studio Manager (VSM) from Lawo, the control system for IP-based broadcast infrastructures. VSM enables unified routing and control of all types of video, audio, intercom and multi-display signals and devices. With customizable touch graphical user interfaces, logic-based automation, and snapshot-based reconfiguration, VSM offers operators complete control and maximum flexibility, reducing downtime and ensuring operational continuity in fast-paced production environments.

Para garantizar un rendimiento ininterrumpido incluso en condiciones climáticas y temperaturas extremas, la unidad móvil está equipada con un sistema HVAC multizona de alta capacidad y un diseño avanzado de flujo de aire. Todos los elementos de la unidad, desde la carrocería hasta la integración de los sistemas, han sido diseñados y probados internamente por Aret, lo que garantiza una calidad constante y una responsabilidad integral.
