Bitmovin launches Bitmovin Observability, a new independent video data solution that offers real-time information about video playback.

Originally a feature of Bitmovin Analytics, Bitmovin Observability has now been released as a standalone solution. Unlike general-purpose monitoring platforms, it offers observability tailored to video playback. With its deep session-level knowledge, advanced error debugging, incidents with alerts and the monetization telemetry, the platform has been designed specifically for the real time monitoring, making it ideal for enterprise streaming services and high-profile events, such as sports events.

The new Bitmovin Observability solution is quick to implement, easy to use and features AI-based capabilities tailored to video data, as well as an MCP server that allows LLMs and AI agents to access data and tools.
