María Ruiz begins filming 'Tres', adaptation of the successful play of the same name

Filming of the comedy 'Tres' begins, the adaptation of the successful work of the same name by Juan Carlos Rubio, under the direction of María Ruiz, who signs her second film after 'Neither with you nor without me', which will soon hit movie theaters.

Three is produced by Álamo Audiovisual Productions, Tic Tac Toe the movie (Secuoya Studios), Twin Freaks Studio y A Contracorriente Films. The film has an exceptional cast made up of Olivia Molina (the house), Teresa Riott (Valeria), Aixa Villagran (The red virgin) and Maxi Iglesias (Nuances). The film explores the complexity of friendship, the passage of time and motherhood, all with a humorous and fresh touch.

Director María Ruiz comments that “Three “It will not only be a fun and emotional experience for the audience, but also a project where technical and visual creativity will play a unique role in the story.”

The film is based on a fun story adapted by María Ruiz and Gemma Ventura (All the names of God), and has in the direction of photography Juanmi Marquez (Neither with you nor without me), and with Jonathan Garcia (Parents) as art director and Guillermo Rios (Solos) in production management.

Tres will bring to the screen the lives of three inseparable friends. About to turn fifty, they feel that life has not turned out as they expected and that they have not fulfilled their dream of being mothers. During a long night they decide to find a solution to their situation. Is it too late? What if they find the ideal man, get pregnant by him and start a family? Once they have located the dreamed specimen, they must ask it the big question: “Would you mind lending us three sperm?”
