Ross enters the Newsroom Control System (NRCS) business

Ross Video enters fully into this IBC 2013 in Newsroom Control System (NRCS) environments with the launch of Inception News.

This solution, with which Ross takes another step to satisfy the entire production chain from capture to broadcast, will allow journalists to directly create content for broadcast, social media and web with publication in a growing list of services such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Flicker, Brightcove, BIM and WordPress.

Inception allows you to integrate social networks with on-air graphics in a combination that is very easy to use and once the system is installed on the server, a web browser will be enough to access it from anywhere on the planet.

Carbonite 2S

Ross now adds the new Carbonite 2S to its lineup of Carbonite mixers. This 2 ME mixer incorporates numerous functions already typical in this product range like its “big brother”, Carbonite 2X, but on this occasion with 24 selection buttons instead of 32.

It has individual buttons to call memory effects, something that filmmakers are very accustomed to in sports programs.

The new 2S panel can be configured with any Carbonite processing engine, including the new Carbonite Extreme.

It also incorporates ViewControl touch production control and LiveAssist graphical user interfaces.
