Christie names Kelonik a Certified Service Provider

Christie appoints four of its best partners in the EMEA region as new Certified Service Providers for its entertainment products. Kelonik will be responsible for Spain and Portugal.

Christie today announced the appointment of four of its best-in-class EMEA partners as new Certified Service Providers for its award-winning Entertainment products. Ciné Digital Service will be in charge of the French territory, Kelonik will have a geographical reach in Spain and Portugal, Kinoproekt will be responsible for Russia, and FTT will be responsible for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. All partners mentioned will act as Authorized Service Centers on behalf of Christie.

This new agreement provides the following technical support services: telephone technical support, service and repair of Christie products under warranty; local inventory of parts and consumables for rapid replacement for Christie partners; local administration of the Christie factory return policy. The appointment of these partners as Certified Service providers will help support Christie's rapid growth in Europe.

This agreement ensures that newly appointed Christie associates and clients receive the levels of support and access to technical expertise that our long-standing partners and clients have come to expect from us. In addition, it creates the right foundation for the continued growth that we have identified and that we want to ensure in the EMEA region."

For his part, Tomás Naranjo, director of Kelonik, has pointed out that "our successful collaboration in recent years and the work carried out by both teams has been recognized by the market. And with the appearance next year of the new range of Solaria projectors we are sure that our business relationships will increase significantly."

As of the middle of this year, Christie had 1,300 installations in the EMEA region. Last week, the company was named Manufacturer of the Year for DLP Cinema at the ICTA Teddy Awards.
