Atem, the Echolab mixer makes its debut at IBC
Each input has a frame synchronizer and up/cross converter which allows mixing standard definition signals with High Definition signals that are synchronized or out of sync. Two of the auxiliary outputs have down/cross conversion, allowing signals to be output in SD for broadcast in PAL. It also has a Multiviewer output with ten channels, allowing you to view the program output while monitoring eight inputs. It also has 2 DSK, 4 keys with chromakey and pattern generator, 2D-DVE generator and two-channel 3D-DVE generator with deformations and light effects. One of the most striking aspects is that it has an internal clip player with audio, supersource crosspoint with PinP of up to four signals.
Echolab will also showcase the Overture MD range of mixers, now supporting 3 Gbps signals, as well as the Conductor touch screen system for comprehensive control and the Remote AUX panel that uses TCP/IP protocol to communicate with the manufacturer's mixers.
