DNxHD in the HyperDeck Studio
The HyperDeck recorder and player software has been updated to work with the Avid DNxHD format, in broadcast quality, without compression, at 10-bit.
The DNxHD format that from now on will be supported by the HyperDeck Studio recorder and player. Blackmagic Design It will substantially improve recording capabilities, in addition to placing the equipment in perfect harmony with the Avid Media Composer editing platform.
Since all files are recorded in MXF format, they can be transferred directly to Media Composer without wasting time in the copy and import processes.
The HyperDeck Studio records directly to solid state drives, in SD and HD, from HDMI and SDI 3 Gbps sources. As it has two slots, files can be recorded continuously, simply replacing the memory card with an empty one.
