Eyeworks España, a production company belonging to Warner Bros., will produce the Spanish version of this British format that is extremely successful in the United Kingdom.

Cowboy BuildersAtresmedia is preparing the Spanish adaptation of the Warner Bros. International Television Production format, Cowboy builders, which, under the title of Builder on the run, will be produced by Eyeworks Spain. This is the fifth local adaptation of this successful British format, which has already been released in the US, France, Belgium and Sweden.

Cowboy builders comes to the rescue of homeowners who have suffered enormous damage due to unreliable builders, construction managers or workers. “Boggles” that have ruined the dreams of families who have trusted them with the most important thing in their lives: their homes.

Carmen Ferreiro, director of Entertainment Programs at Atresmedia Televisión, explains that “Builder on the run It is a format that complements Atresmedia's entertainment offer very well, as it perfectly combines help and reporting."

Edi Walter, general director of Eyeworks Spain, acknowledges that "for us it is a satisfaction that Atresmedia trusts us again to put us at the forefront of a format with as much strength as Constructor on the Run, a challenge with which we are delighted and which also represents the first Warner program that we have produced since our integration into this international group."

Originally produced in the United Kingdom by Richochet (British production company of Warner Bros. Television Productions), the program has aired nine seasons on Channel 5 since 2009 and is currently preparing the tenth season, which will be released next year.

Cowboy builders has been a success for Channel 5 since its premiere five years ago, and during this time it has traveled very well internationally. Viewers enjoy seeing how the bad guys are caught by justice, while at the same time seeing the result of a wonderful reform.
