BMS will offer its video and data solutions through Broadcast Solutions, leveraging the German company's sales channel established over the years to offer its customers and partners in Europe an expanded portfolio that meets a wide range of requirements.

For its part, Broadcast Solutions will use BMS products and technology in projects for its government, security and broadcast clients who require sophisticated turnkey video and data solutions with true added value through project management, extended service and product support.

In addition to both companies benefiting from the synergies resulting from this agreement, their current and future clients will expand their technological options, being able to tackle the most demanding projects in terms of time and budget.
