Timeline Television will manage and orchestrate workflows in BT with Tedial Evolution MAM

Timeline Television you have selected the platform MAM evolution of Tedial to manage and orchestrate all workflows media processing and archiving in the facilities of BT Sport a Stratford y BT Tower in London.

Trusted by British networks, this trusted supplier manages BT Sport's facilities, which include three large television studios, seven sports production facilities, a main control room, 20 editing rooms, and a dubbing room.

Timeline Television required an enterprise MAM setup for this BT Sport production project which included sophisticated sports features that incorporated logging, live clipping, BT Live integration and environmental systems post-production, as well as integration with the deep file system. Other requirements from BT Sport included the ability to allow the sports broadcaster to maintain their entire archive with a single system. I also wanted to give production users greater control of their workflow by allowing operators to restore content independently and have the ability to push content through IBM Aspera easily.
