The Film Academy opens the call for the 3rd edition of its Residencies

The Film Academy, with the support of Madrid City Council, ratifies its commitment to Film Academy Residences launching a third edition, whose call will open next April 12.
Those interested in this program, which provides film creators with the means and aid necessary for the development of audiovisual projects, you can register your stories until next April 27. Despite the economic situation due to the impact of the pandemic, in the next call the number of selected residents is maintained, 20, and the contribution of the City Council and the Academy to this initiative.
The program is aimed at individuals of legal age who present audiovisual projects of feature films or fiction or documentary series, in live action or animation. Given the nature of the two entities that promote this program, priority will be given to projects related to the city of Madrid and there will be advantages of access to the program for academics.
Registration must be done online, through the registration platform that will be published on this page. web, where interested parties will have to present a report composed of a synopsis, a treatment of the project, a cover letter, a letter of intent for the project and a biofilmography. The finally chosen projects will be announced within the framework of the Villa Summers.
