IFEMA Madrid is transformed into a gigantic set to host the filming of 'Sin Límites'

The Sin series Boundaries, which will be released soon in Amazon Prime Video y RTVE, welcomes a new phase of its filming in IFEMA Madrid.

Nearly 14,000 square meters of surface and a height of 22 metros have allowed a replica of the ship with which Magellan and Elcano sailed around the world to be built inside pavilion 12, where a good part of the scenes of Unlimited.

More than 200 personas, in addition to the cast of actors, are working intensely on filming after two months of the ship's construction process. This replica, which includes the recreation of the cabin and below deck, has been made on the original reproduction of the Nao Victoria found in Seville.

The ship built in IFEMA Madrid is located on a Pool 30 meters long by 12 meters wide containing water for special effects. Its length is 27 m from bow to stern, and has 4 15-meter sails (a height that only Pavilion 12, due to its configuration ending in a dome, is able to support).

The stage has a chroma that surrounds the nave of 140 meters by 9 meters high where the digital action shots will be inserted, and where the central sequences of this series will be recorded until the end of July. Unlimited (Fulwell 73, Hill Media y Mono Films) It has a first-class technical team led by the British director Simon West (Lara Croft), and a cast led by the actors Rodrigo Santoro (Last Call) y Álvaro Morte (The Money Heist).

Miguel Menendez de Zubillaga, executive producer of the series, considers that "it is very difficult to find a set in Spain that allows for such a large, special, and spectacular set. This filming would have been impossible if we had not found the space and infrastructure offered by IFEMA Madrid."
