Carlos Fernández replaces Javier Bardají as general director of Atresmedia TV
Tras haber desempeñado desde 2009 el cargo de director de contenidos de la División de Televisión de Atresmedia, Carlos Fernández sucede en el cargo a Javier Bardají, tras su reciente nombramiento como Consejero Delegado del grupo.

Desde 2009, ha ocupado la dirección de Contenidos de Atresmedia TV, tiempo en el que el Grupo se ha convertido en referente de la ficción española (con numerosos éxitos internacionales), el entretenimiento y en líder de la información y la actualidad. Esta temporada, Antena 3 se ha convertido en la cadena líder de España, dominando el curso televisivo de principio a fin. Además, Atresmedia TV en todo su conjunto de canales es el grupo líder de la televisión, pese a contar con un canal menos que su competidor.
As to José Antonio Anton (Madrid, 1976) has a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's degree in Film and Television from the University of California, Los Angeles. In December 2012 he joined the management team of Atresmedia TV as Director of Programming. Since then, he has assumed new responsibilities until occupying the position of Deputy Director of Content, supervising all areas of Production, Content, OTT and Digital Distribution and Programming Strategy. He began his professional career in 1997 at Telemadrid, where he coordinated the launch of the company's new digital DTT channels. From there he moved to Hearst Entertainment as Broadcast Manager and was part of the team that launched Cosmo TV in Spain.
In 2000 he moved to Los Angeles (USA), where he worked as a creative production assistant at Fox Television Studios for almost 2 years. In 2002 he returned to Spain and joined the AXN channel (Sony Pictures) as Programming Coordinator. From 2003 he specialized in Programming, Production and Program Acquisitions, returning to Cosmopolitan for a time before becoming Director of Programming, Acquisitions, On-Air and Broadcast Operations at RTVE until 2011. He subsequently joined NBC Universal as Vice President of Distribution for Spain and Portugal.
Jaime Gutiérrez-Colomer
Born in Madrid in 1965, Jaime Gutiérrez-Colomer has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF-Complutense University of Madrid) in the specialty of Auditing. In 1995 he joined the Unidad Editorial Group, the publishing company of El Mundo, where he first served as Planning Director, Magazine Development Director and Deputy Managing Director.
In 2000 he became responsible for the administrative and business management of the group's companies dedicated to non-paper communication, assuming the position of CEO of El Mundo TV, the group's audiovisual content producer; Mundointerativos, publishing company of elmundo.es; and El Mundo Radio, which operated 11 FM stations. It was also the licensee of a national DAB concession. In 2007 he was appointed General Director of the Audiovisual Area of the Unidad Editorial Group, as head of all the group's audiovisual companies, both in the Television and Radio areas, as well as CEO of VEO TV.
He was a member of the Board of Directors since its foundation representing Unidad Editorial and, as of May 2008, its first executive. He also served as CEO of Learn English TV, founding together with Richard Vaughan a thematic television dedicated to teaching English 24 hours a day.
Likewise, he was appointed general director of Unedisa Telecomunicaciones, a Group company in charge of operating television studios, and general director of Radio Marca. In 2012 he assumed the position of Managing Director of Vértice 360. Subsequently, he has worked as a digital media consultant for large media publishing groups.
