Teresa de Rosendo assumes the direction of Project Development at Telecinco Cinema
The film subsidiary of Mediaset Spain reinforces its structure with the incorporation of Teresa de Rosendo as the new Director of Project Development.
He joins an experienced team depending on Alvaro Augustin, general director of Telecinco Cinema, today converted into one of the most prominent film producers in the industry, and Ghislain Barrois, CEO of the Mediaset España subsidiary and head of Mediterráneo Mediaset España Group, the group's distributor to whose network of production companies Telecinco Cinema belongs.
Born in Pamplona in 1979, she has extensive professional experience in film development, film and television scriptwriting and executive production, having served as showrunner on the Netflix original series 'The Neighbor' and as associate producer on the fiction El Deseo for Paramount+ Passing lies. Previously and for more than 20 years, Teresa has had a long career as a fiction screenwriter in productions such as Alma (Netflix), Velvet y Sparrowhawks (Antenna 3), Central Operational Unit y Serve and protect (TVE) o MIR (Telecinco), among others.
Teresa de Rosendo, co-author of the book Objective Writers Room. The adventures of two Spanish screenwriters in Hollywood and professor in the Master in Audiovisual Scriptwriting at the University of Navarra and the Rey Juan Carlos University, she has a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a diploma in Management and Direction of Audiovisual Companies from the Instituto de Empresa, having also completed the MediaXchange Showrunner Training Program in Los Angeles.
