Sevilla Content City

Secuoya Content Group will be in charge of the operation and management of the facilities of the new audiovisual production center in Tomares (Seville) promoted by Sevilla Content City, through Drago Broadcast, with the aim of promoting the development of the sector in Andalusia, identifying needs and opportunities, in addition to promoting the creation of wealth and employment.

Raúl Berdones, executive president of Secuoya Content Group, acknowledges that "we are very excited about the presentation of our implementation plan for the new Sevilla Content City production center. This project is a great opportunity for the development of the audiovisual industry in Andalusia and Spain. Secuoya Content Group has the necessary experience and knowledge to turn this 'hub' into an international benchmark for audiovisual production."

For his part, the mayor of Tomares, José María Soriano, who has met with the executive president of the Secuoya Content Group, Raúl Berdonés, and the general director of Roots State, David Becerra, accompanied by the Councilor for Economic Development, Commerce and Digital Transformation of the City Council, Eloy Carmona, highlighted that "this new audiovisual production center in Tomares, Seville Content City, managed by Secuoya Content Group, and equipped with a state-of-the-art set, filming set, backlot, production and post-production offices, represents a great opportunity for our municipality. An important business project that turns Tomares into a pole of attraction for the audiovisual industry in Spain and Andalusia."

The production center, which is expected to be operational in 2024, will have a state-of-the-art set, production offices, post-production and other services, which allows you to take advantage of all the opportunities that Andalusia currently offers for national and international projects. The innovative space has a constructed area of ​​4,087m2, of which 880m2 will correspond to the filming set, perfectly soundproofed and conceptually built as a film set, and 2,115m2 will be used as offices.

The new production center has a generous backlot, which will allow quality recordings outdoors. Among its different technical departments it has a production control and a sound control, which will be subjected to a deep renovation plan in terms of equipment, technical installation and technology, to comply with the most demanding international standards.

Seville Content City, which joins the World Content City project, promoted by Roots Real Estate, aims to become a pole of attraction for the audiovisual industry, with the aim of turning Seville and Andalusia into a benchmark in the sector. The hub will offer a wide range of services to production companies, from space and equipment rental to advice and training.
