Thinking about broadcast environments, Fujifilm has developed the Fujinon LA30x7.8BRM-XB2 zoom lens that offers the highest 30x zoom in its class, with a coverage of 7.8-234 mm and a compact and lightweight design.

The LA30x7.8 is a portable zoom lens for broadcast cameras with a 2/3-inch sensor, which covers the Focal range from 7.8mm wide to 234mm telephoto with a compact and lightweight design which measures 190 mm and weighs 1.8 kilos. This is achieved by adopting a mechanism of rear focus, and optimizing lens settings and control methods, which Fujifilm has cultivated over many decades of lens design. Its lightweight design provides great mobility and versatility for production.
