AEQ IBC 2025

Like every edition, AEQ is present at IBC 2025 in Amsterdam to share with attendees its most recent and consolidated solutions, designed to meet the current challenges of audiovisual production and communication.

This year, stand 8C55 is being the meeting point to rediscover some of the products that have set trends in recent months and that are already part of the daily life of numerous facilities around the world. From digital audio consoles to multichannel gateways, through intercom systems and commentary solutions, AEQ's proposal reflects a balance between innovation, reliability and adaptability.

AEQ - Capitol IP Plus Among the solutions highlighted by AEQ, the following stands out: Capitol IP Plus, its newest and most versatile digital console to date, combining a clear and intuitive control surface with advanced connectivity options and a modern design, designed to respond to the most demanding workflows. This console is designed specifically for on-air control but adapts to a variety of workflows and functionalities. It incorporates all the basic functions necessary for this type of operations: automatic monitor muting, cough muting, fader start, control signaling, control signals to automate external equipment, management of external communications, talkback or intercom functions, among others.

It should be noted that the Capital IP Plus console can be operated remotely, or in parallel to its control thanks to the app Virtual Capitol. This App shows an exact representation of the control surface. It includes all the physical controls available on the actual surface of the console, as well as most of the advanced functions such as controlling faders and audio channels, modifying EQs, gains, balance/pan, saving or loading memories, activating special functions from soft keys and even managing incoming phone calls.

AEQ IBC 2025 It is also present in its exhibition area, Xplorer Max, the new high-capacity, wide-coverage wireless intercom beltpack, ideal for temporary deployments and mobile environments. Thanks to its 5 GHz band transmission technology and careful ergonomics, it has become a key tool for production teams in the field. It incorporates all the features and functions of the intercom user panel, with four shortcut keys organized on up to 4 pages, two additional programmable keys and a multifunction display. It can work with any AEQ intercom matrix, such as Conexia, Crossnet or TH5000. It also integrates with Xpeak, AEQ's matrix-less intercom system, or as a terminal for Party-Line's Easynet system.

Scalable coding

The system Solaris, a multicodec audio gateway in a compact format, continues to arouse interest due to its ability to condense up to 64 channels in a single 1U rack and its perfect integration through Dante/AES67, without added complications. This scalable codec system is designed especially for multiple STL links, broadcast chains and remote contributions. As for the TP9000 panels, are designed to offer total control in intercom systems, with a simple interface, broadcast audio quality and multiple configuration options.

And of course, Olympia 3, the flexible commentary system, designed for both large-format international events and more modest facilities that do not want to give up professional performance.
