Qvest entrusts its future to Thorsten Sauer, new CEO
The appointment of Thorsten Sauer as the new CEO of That's it replacing Peter Nöthen represents the first step in the transformation of a company that seeks to consolidate its internationalization and focus on “profitable growth.”
Sauer will contribute to That's it more than two decades of experience in executive leadership positions in international companies in the information, communications and media technology sectors. Recently, this industrial engineer performed double duty as general director of Pixel Power y vicepresidente de tecnología de los medios de comunicación en su grupo matriz Rohde & Schwarz. Además de su cargo en Qvest, Thorsten Sauer también será nombrado director general de RSBG Information & Communication Technologies, the majority shareholder of Qvest Group within the RSBG group.
Qvest's new CEO, also with a strong track record in growth strategies, transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration, will continue to have the support of the CEOs Christian Boris Hönig (financial director) and Thomas Müller (technical director). Together, the three executives will form Qvest's future management team and lead the company's strategic development.
Markus Bohni, executive director of RSBG SE, is confident that the newly appointed CEO of Qvest will be able to fulfill the company's strategic axes such as "continuing to integrate the group after years of international growth and guarantee profitable growth." "Our next step is to further unite the strengths of the different companies in the group, improve operational excellence and increase profitability. I am looking forward to embarking on this journey together with the Qvest management teams," added Qvest himself. Sauer.
