Simba deploys its new streaming distribution network with Broadpeak CDN

Advanced CDN solution Broadpeak stands as the technological base of the new streaming distribution network of the Brazilian company Simba, a joint initiative of Record, RedeTV! and SBT to manage the licensing and distribution of content between commercial networks.

Broadpeak's CDN enables Simba to offer live and on-demand streaming (VOD) to three of the main television networks in the country, while at the same time it forms the basis of its own offer of CDN as a service (CDNaaS) for the distribution of high-quality, low-latency video throughout the Brazilian market.
