Ovide BS brings 3D closer to the professional

Ovide BS, the only 100% rental company participating this year in Broadcast'09, shows at its stand a complete catalog of solutions for stereoscopic capture.

Stereoscopy is, without a doubt, one of the hot topics at the moment in the market, and logically this concern is also reflected in the professional fair for the sector that is being held these days at IFEMA (Madrid). One of the service companies that is most committed to 3D is Ovide BS, showing at its stand at Broadcast'09 some of its rental proposals for stereographic capture.

Among them, two dual-camera configuration rigs stand out. One of them is designed by Kronomav, and is a 'side by side' in which two Thomson LDK 8000 cameras with Zeiss Digiprime optics have been installed. Another interesting rig is a Technik Iver Under equipped with 4K Red One cameras and Arri Ultra optics.

Other solutions

Along with stereoscopy, Ovide BS has brought to Broadcast a complete radio link solution, the Link HDR 1500, coupled with a Sony HDC 1550R HD camera together with a Canon HJ 14×4.3 HD optic.

For high-level applications, the Thomson LDK 8300 super slow motion camera stands out as well as the Sony PDW F800 HD camcorder shown at the fair along with a Zeiss HD Digizoom 17-112 optic in a cinema-style configuration.
