Loterías touches the heart again in its Christmas Gordo spot

The production company RCR Films has been in charge of filming with the general creative direction of Juan García Escudero.
For this new work, the Goya-winning director (The one-armed trick) has filmed in the Asturian municipality of Villaviciosa and its parish of barely three hundred inhabitants, Tazones, with the participation of more than three hundred extras and extras during the ten days that the recording lasted.
The Leo Burnett Iberia agency intended to turn the locations of the advertisement into another character in history, so the search for the exact location took weeks of work. Finally, the streets of Villaviciosa and Tazones intermingle in the spot as if it were a single municipality with its own soul and in which the photography and the setting create a nostalgic atmosphere that brings the viewer to the brink of tears.
The budget for this new Loterías spot is 3.6 million, an amount of which a large part will go exclusively to the promotion and communication section on television, graphics, public roads and radio. Leo Burnett has developed versions of the spot, from 4.45 minutes (which will only be available online), to the 3.30 minute version that will air on television, as well as 60 and 30 second trailers.
