Facilis shows 8K and UHD capabilities in its collaborative storage solutions at Inter BEE 2018

The version 7.1 adds many additional featuress that help manage large and small environments alike. Features include real-time and historical bandwidth monitoring of volumes and workstations; RAID50 and RAID51 management via management console; preferred connection address for multipath networks; automatic load balancing of clients across server IPs; Remote client deployment to facilitate upgrades across multiple client installations.

FastTracker 2.5 is designed to catalog, search and access media on any connected storage. With the new Adobe Dashboard for Premiere Pro and After Effects, all indexed data is available directly in the Adobe interface. Users can preview local storage assets as well as LTFS-based and network-based assets to easily locate media beyond what an operating system or application-level search can provide.

The new Facilis Hub Server optimizes drive pools and increases the available bandwidth of standard Facilis shared storage systems. It offers new customers a way to scale bandwidth through dynamic aggregation, and existing customers a way to extend the life of older systems. With speeds greater than 4 GB/sec. Available from a single volume based on virtual projects, Hub Server systems offer industry-leading capacity.
