Audinate and Soundware will organize a sample of solutions and courses for Dante Certification in Madrid
On October 2 and 3, audio professionals will have the opportunity to achieve Dante Certification (at levels 1, 2 and 3) as well as learn first-hand about the latest solutions that use this widespread protocol.
Audinate y Soundware, the sound division of Data Average, they will organize the days October 2 and 3 in Madrid an interesting event. Professionals will have the opportunity to see the Dante's potential and all the possible solutions with third brands as Avid, Yamaha, Steinberg o NTP, among others.
Dante is a combination of software, hardware, and network protocols that enables multichannel, uncompressed, low-latency digital audio over an Ethernet network using IP (Layer 3) packets. It was developed in 2006 by Audinate and since then has revolutionized audio transmission over Ethernet, leaving previous proposals such as CobraNet or EtherSound almost forgotten.
During the sessions organized by Audinate and Soundware, attendees will be able to do the official Audinate certification from level 1 to level 3 (unprecedented level in person), in addition to being able to see first-hand all the latest Audinate solutions and products from other brands with the demos that will be developed during the event.
All of this will take place in the Ciudad de la Imagen (Madrid) within two large rooms at the Eurostar I-hotel. These rooms will be used for training and the other for the exhibition of products from Audinate and other manufacturers. The two days will take place both in the morning and in the afternoon.
The entry to the exhibition is free and to carry out the Audinate certification for free They must register for the levels they wish to take.
The level Audinate Level 1 (Spanish) is an introduction for users who are new to the networks. That session provides a foundation in audio and networking concepts by introducing everything that is required to assemble and operate a small standalone Dante audio system.
He level 2 (which will also be taught in Spanish), prepares the professional to design larger Dante network systems, and provides training on audio networking concepts such as timing, unicast and multicast, latency and redundancy.
Finally, Audinate Level 3 (in English) is aimed at attendees who are already using Dante and are looking to create more advanced systems and learn best practices. Advanced networking concepts and best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and Dante Domain Manager software will be taught.
