1.406 rodajes dejan en Andalucía 141 millones de euros

Andalucía Film Commission has presented the activity report corresponding to 2022, which certifies how the autonomous community continues to earn the trust of creators and producers by hosting a total of 1,406 filmings.

The memory, among other data, highlights the farewell to the negative effects of the suspension of activity caused by the declaration of the State of Alarm to combat the covid-19 pandemic, since, for the second consecutive year, the data reflects a return to normality of filming activity in Andalusia, but with the nuance that 2022 has left a 5.79% growth de la actividad del sector audiovisual en las ocho provincias andaluzas.

Los datos indican que el impacto económico directo e indirecto ha sido de 141.242.800 euros, which means a aumento del 19,33% respecto del año anterior, contando todos los gastos que generan las producciones en el territorio. La suma se reparte entre todos los sectores que guardan relación con las producciones audiovisuales, e incrementan el total de repercusión económica en Andalucía por la industria de los rodajes a más de 1.290 millones de euros desde 2011. Se refleja también una importante incidencia en el empleo relacionado con el sector, que ha experimentado un incremento de un 20,40 % respecto a 2021, llegando a picos de pleno empleo en numerosas ocasiones durante el año, pero con el importante matiz de que se muestra una imagen de estabilidad y sostenibilidad de la industria en Andalucía. Andalucía FIlm Commission calcula que estas producciones han permitido generar más de 23.000 empleos directos e indirectos.

Andalucía Film Commission seguirá promocionando la región como plató de rodaje en el futuro, tal y como lleva haciendo durante los últimos años en festivales como el Spanish in London, the San Sebastián Festival, the Marché du Film de Cannes or the Berlinale.
