Jonathan Rollman and Laura Whiteman: key profiles for the new stage of Beam Dynamics

Beam Dynamics has strengthened its management team with two new appointments to support the company's next phase of growth: Jonathan Rollman (director of product strategy) and Laura Whiteman (director of enterprise accounts).

As head of product strategy, Rollman will boost the roadmap of the basic modules of the Beam platform, working on close collaboration with engineering, design and customer support teams to prioritize development and deliver solutions that meet real operational needs. His work will focus on the discovery of products and markets, the definition of the product direction and the “guarantee” that each release offers a quantifiable value for Beam customers.

On the other hand, Whiteman joins as business account director to supervise the relationships with key clients as part of Beam's focus on delivering lasting value at scale. You will align Beam solutions with customer objectives, while strengthening the collaboration between internal teams and customer stakeholders. Her experience as a trusted advisor to senior executives brings the experience and perspective needed to deepen strategic partnerships and support continued growth.
