New APPA Board of Directors

The production director, Pilar Robla, will preside over the Association of Audiovisual Production Professionals for the next two years.

The Association of Audiovisual Production Professionals (APPA) has just renewed its board of directors, with the candidacy led by production director Pilar Robla being the winner in the election process.

In the task of these next two years she will be accompanied by production directors Fernando Victoria de Lecea and Belén Bernuy as vice presidents, in addition to eight members: Leire Aurrecoechea, Pablo Ramírez, José Jaime Linares, Juanma Pagazaurtundua, and Mª José Díez; Mar Izquierdo, head of TV production; Alberto Poveda Rey, production manager; and Belén Goñi, head of accounting.

Among its main objectives is to continue with the purpose of achieving greater professionalization of the sector, through the organization of specialized conferences and courses for members and, in some cases, open to other audiovisual professionals.

The new Board of Directors will also continue the work of signing collaboration agreements of the association with public and/or private entities that result in an increasingly active and more frequent participation and response by APPA to the needs that arise from the sector and its professionals.
